I was born, raised, and educated in Germany as a teacher for biology and physical education. I started moving in 1994 and taught in many different places and settings in Canada and the United States. I taught three year olds and college students, but most of the time I taught middle schoolers. 
I am married. I have two daughters and three step sons. They all live an interesting and demanding life as either engineers, a professional triathlete, or a veterinarian. We are very proud of them.
My hobbies include exercising, reading, hiking, gardening, spending time with our pets and much more...... I always wished there would be more hours in a day! My husband and I are competing in triathlon, especially long distance triathlon. There is a lot of swimming, biking, and running happening in a week to stay fit.
